“BaselCement” announces launching the second cement production line with capacity of 700 thousand tonnes per year on “Achinsk Cement” LLC.

Second production line launching at Achinsk Cement was caused by increased demand for the production of the enterprise.

 

Due to launch of the second process line the production capacities of the company are to double – up to 100,000 tonnes of cement per year. According to the plan two cement brands will be produced – PC 500D0 and PC 400 D0 (respectfully 25% and 75% of the total manufacturing volume).

 For instance, in June 2009 “Achinsk Cement” produced 53,000 tonnes of cement.

 

It should be mentioned that in April 2009 on the results of visiting the industrial site, scheduled for the meeting with consumers at Achinsk Cement, Valery Chistokhin, the Head of Certification Department of Krasnoyarsk “PromstroyNIIproekt”, handed over the testing certificate of certified products, confirming high quality of the cement produced at “Achinsky Cement” LLC to Vladimir Kolychev, Production Director of “Achinsky Cement” LLC.

“Achinsky Cement” LLC is located in the town of Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. The cement production unit is situated on a joint industrial site with open JSC “Achinsky Alumina Combine” and is one of “BaselCement” assets. The wet type cement plant operates on two process lines (capacity of each line – 0.7 M t). Capacity – 1.4 Mt of cement per year. Cement brands produced: PC 400D0, PC 500 D0
